Submission Requirements
- Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under concurrent consideration elsewhere.
- Prepare submissions using the ICEE Microsoft Word template or LaTeX package (available on request).
- All submissions must follow IEEE citation style.
- Figures should be submitted at minimum 300 dpi; vector formats (PDF, EPS, SVG) preferred.
- Data and code supporting the findings should be deposited in an open repository and cited.
- All authors must complete the ICEE Author Declaration Form at submission.
- Papers using AI-assisted writing or AI-generated content must include an AI Disclosure Statement.
- Manuscripts are screened for originality using iThenticate prior to peer review.
Manuscript Structure

| Keywords | 4–8 keywords; semicolon-separated. |
| Author Information | Full names, affiliations, email, ORCID iDs for all authors. |
| Corresponding Author | Clearly identified; responsible for submission and correspondence. |
| CRediT Statement | Individual contribution of each author per CRediT taxonomy. |
| Funding | All funding sources and grant numbers must be declared. |
| Conflicts of Interest | Must be declared; if none, state "The authors declare no conflicts of interest." |
| AI Disclosure | Required if AI tools were used in manuscript preparation. |
| Data Availability Statement | Required for all research articles. |
| References | IEEE style; complete and accurate. |
